About the Role
Based at our Cribbs Causeway dealership, you’ll be at the centre of our customer bookings operation. Handling incoming calls from customers across our three dealerships, you’ll provide advice and support for servicing and repair needs for Honda, Omoda, Jaecoo, MG, and Mitsubishi vehicles.

You’ll work alongside our experienced team of booking advisors, who bring expert knowledge and years of experience to the role. They’ll be right by your side, helping you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers needing assistance with servicing and repairs.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to arrange service and repair bookings.
  • Manage the service booking diary efficiently.
  • Provide accurate advice on services and products recommended by Honda.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service team members.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to service bookings.

About You

  • Confidence, clear communication skills, and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
  • Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous customer service or motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and a big smile are a must!
